Fixed-term Lecturer for Neurosurgery at the University of Parma.
Until 2010 he was a neurosurgical consultant for the Italian Rugby Federation.
Has conducted approximately 4,500 surgeries, 3,000 of which were spine/peripheral nerve surgery procedures and 1500 craniocerebral surgeries.
